Ana de Armas, who played the enigmatic Paloma in Daniel Craig’s final 007 excursion, “No Time to Die,” stated that she would prefer to see more significant, deeper parts for women in the espionage genre.
In response to requests from some for Daniel’s Bond replacement to be of the opposite sex, she stated to The Sun: “A female Bond is unnecessary. It shouldn’t be necessary to steal someone else’s identity in order to seize power.
“This is a work that introduces the James Bond universe and the fantasy that permeates it. Even though Bond will always be a man, I’d want to see the female roles in the Bond movies played in a different way. that they are given a bigger role and more respect. I find that to be more fascinating than simply flipping objects.
According to femalefirst.co.uk, fans have been requesting a movie spin-off for Paloma, the 007 character played by de Armas, whose parting phrase in “No Time to Die” was, “Next time stay longer.”
The actress claimed that while dating Tinder vice president Paul Boukadakis, 38, she has shunned social media sites like Twitter and Instagram.
She uttered: “Years ago, I erased Twitter. I’ve only been on Instagram for a little over a year.”
It makes it simpler for her to stay away from the selfies that her ex-boyfriend Ben Affleck, 49, and his wife Jennifer Lopez, 52, shared after their low-key wedding ceremony on Saturday in Las Vegas.
After working with him on this year’s movie “Deep Water,” Ana dated Affleck for a year.
